Western Engineering Consultants Ltd confines its services to those areas in which it is best qualified.

Evaluation of construction materials and related building conditions are based on a visual and non-intrusive survey of all accessible parts of the site, building(s) and related structures and reporting on their condition as well as on any major or minor deficiencies / deteriorations or defects, if any.

Where deemed necessary from our visual inspection, physical testing, sampling of materials and other specialized analyses, to current local, provincial and national standards are to be recommended.

While a detailed evaluation of the property development’s compliance with national and provincial Building Codes and / or Fire Codes are not part of this mandate, such codes however may be used as sources of reference.

Building Investigations

The firm is exclusively engaged in providing due diligence building reports relating to the structural mechanical and electrical integrity of buildings. This service is specifically provided to Banking Institutions that are involved in the refinancing of both small and large investment projects for their clientele as well as to those Investors seeking to purchase new or existing projects or looking to refinance their existing portfolio.
